Teams will begin practices after the high school season ends in November and continue throughout the club season. Tournaments will start in January and run through late March or early April. Focused on player development both on and off the court, we will place each athlete on the team that best supports their growth. Team sizes will range from 8 to 10 players.

In addition to athletic training, we are proud to partner with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) to support the personal and spiritual growth of our players. Through this partnership, athletes will have optional monthly opportunities to build character, leadership, and community beyond the gym.

Practices will primarily be held in the New Bern/Havelock area. Most of our teams will compete within the region or state, with the majority of tournaments located in-state or within a 4–6 hour drive. Select national tournaments may require travel of 8 or more hours, but these longer trips will be limited.

Season dues cover practices, gym fees, tournament entry fees, and coach stipends. Uniforms, required memberships (USAV/AAU), and travel expenses are not included.

Families with more than one athlete will receive a 20% sibling discount on the season fee for the second (and any additional) child.

Fundraising and sponsorship opportunities will be offered throughout the year to help provide scholarships and financial assistance for families in need.

A $250 commitment fee, due in August, will be applied toward your total season dues. Monthly payments will auto-draft from September through February. All payments, including the commitment fee, are nonrefundable.
