Whenever possible, we avoid Stay-to-Play events. We understand they add expense and limit lodging options for families. While some larger tournaments require them, we try to minimize those events when building our schedules.
-
Yes. We offer payment plan options to help families spread club dues over several months.

Teams are selected through a comprehensive evaluation process that takes place over multiple tryout sessions. Our coaching staff evaluates each athlete in a variety of areas, including technical skills, athletic ability, volleyball IQ, work ethic, coachability, communication, competitiveness, and overall potential.
Our goal is not simply to identify the "best" players, but to build teams that give every athlete the greatest opportunity to develop and succeed. We carefully consider team chemistry, positional needs, and how players complement one another when finalizing rosters.
We encourage athletes to attend as many tryout sessions as possible, as additional evaluations allow our coaches to make the most informed placement decisions.
-
Once teams are formed, coaches work with their families to determine the practice schedule that works best for the group. We do our best to select days that accommodate the coach and the majority of players and keep that schedule consistent throughout the season.
While occasional adjustments are sometimes necessary due to gym availability, school events, holidays, or unforeseen conflicts, our goal is to provide families with a predictable practice schedule they can plan around.
