Guided by our motto, Lead in Light, our mission is to provide an environment where athletes are challenged to grow as players, teammates, and young leaders while developing a lifelong love for the game.
Whether your athlete is brand new to club volleyball or striving to compete at the highest levels, we are committed to providing quality coaching, clear communication, and an experience your family can be proud to be part of.
Every athlete's journey is unique, and Carolina Vibe offers multiple levels of play to match a variety of goals, experience levels, and commitments. Whether your athlete is just beginning or ready to compete at the highest level, we're committed to helping them grow as both a player and a person.
Team levels offered within each age group are determined by the number of athletes trying out, their skill level, and the overall needs of the club.

A great introduction to club volleyball. Vibe NEXT is designed for younger athletes who are ready to build a strong foundation through quality coaching, skill development, and competitive play in a fun and encouraging environment.
Club Dues: $550
Season: January–Early March
Practices: 1 practice per week (8–10 total)
Tournaments: 2–3
Typical One-Way Travel: 1–5 hours

Competitive volleyball with a balanced commitment. Regional teams are ideal for athletes looking to develop their skills, gain valuable match experience, and compete in a positive, team-centered environment while maintaining a manageable schedule.
Club Dues: $1,100
Season: November–Early April
Practices: 1–2 practices per week (20+ total)
Tournaments: 6
Typical One-Way Travel: 1–5 hours

More training. More competition. More opportunity. Challenge teams are designed for athletes who are ready to take the next step in their development through increased training, stronger competition, and greater expectations.
Club Dues: $1,520
Season: November–Early April
Practices: 1–2 practices per week (25+ total)
Tournaments: 7
Typical One-Way Travel: 1–5 hours

For athletes ready to compete at the next level. National teams provide advanced training and the opportunity to compete against many of the top clubs throughout the region. This level is best suited for athletes who are committed to maximizing their development and reaching their full potential.
Club Dues: $2,140
Season: November–Early April
Practices: 2–3 practices per week (40+ total)
Tournaments: 8
Typical One-Way Travel: 1–9 hours

Our premier championship-level experience. National Plus is designed for athletes with the highest level of commitment who aspire to compete against elite competition while pursuing opportunities to compete at USAV and/or AAU National Championships.
Club Dues: $2,600
Season: November–June
Practices: 2–3 practices per week (50+ total)
Tournaments: 9–10 (including USAV and/or AAU National Championships)
Typical One-Way Travel: 1–12 hours
What Club Dues Include
Club dues help provide the complete Carolina Vibe experience and support the day-to-day operation of the club throughout the season, including:
Quality coaching and coach development
Practice facilities and training equipment
Tournament registration fees
Coach travel and lodging for overnight events
Club operations, technology, and administrative costs
Team events and athlete recognition throughout the season
Our goal is to invest every dollar back into providing the best possible experience for our athletes, coaches, and families.
Team Placement & Commitment Process
Our coaching staff evaluates athletes based on skill, effort, attitude, coachability, and overall team fit. Our goal is to place every athlete in the environment where they will have the greatest opportunity to grow and succeed.
After Tryouts
1. Team Offers are sent following tryouts.
2. Accept Your Offer within the required timeframe.
3. Commitment Fee reserves your athlete's roster spot.
4. Signing Day includes jersey sizing, team meetings, and season information.
National-level athletes are encouraged to respond as soon as possible due to limited roster availability. Challenge and Regional offers must be accepted within 48 hours.
